specializes in the remanufacturing of hydraulic pumps,
motors, gearboxes, power units, and winches. Our goal is to provide
our customers
with timely delivery of quality products.
Repair Process
Our service department maintains all the original
manufacturers specifications
and tolerances with every repair. Each unit is
completely disassembled, cleaned, and inspected to determine
the extent of damages.
Plant Equipments
Our state of the art
machine shop has a clean room for assembly, 24" lapping
table, polishing tables, and optic flats.
Testing Capabilities
Our custom designed and
fabricated test stand features both multiple open and closed
loop capabilities with varying types of electric and
hydraulic controls. The test stand is capable of
testing pumps and motors at a wide range of RPM and
pressures.
Warranty
We provide a warranty to all units rebuilt to OEM
specifications. Piston pumps and motors have a one year
warranty from installation. Gear pumps and motors have
a
six month warranty from installation.
